You can only grow so much while living out of alignment with who you truly are. You can climb the corporate ladder and keep pursuing that which you know deep down is not who you really are. But it's what you feel like you should be doing. And yeah, you either succeed in doing that, but in doing so, you need to live a life that is a lie. That will ultimately harm you, and your internal battle, your internal lack of peace, will extend outward into your life in the real world.

So yeah, focus on what you are, who you are, and let that guide you. Part of that is learning to be still, learning to be quiet and observe. See how you feel as you go through your daily life, and you will start to pick up on certain types of things that make you feel certain types of ways. That's when you can begin to tweak the parts of your life that make you feel that way. And if that happens to change your career path, then that's what will happen.

So that's why I always try to focus on that in my mentorship, rather than, you know, learn this thing to get this job. Okay, let's step back. What do you truly want? Kind of explore what that job would look like and see if it's what you want. And if it is what you want, then you will be self-motivated enough that you will achieve it. There is no question. You can achieve whatever you truly want and put your mind to.
